What people ask us first.
What exactly do we own?
Everything the platform generates: the source code, the blueprints, the approval inbox, the tests, and the deployment files and dashboards you ask for. It is delivered to your own infrastructure, on the cloud you choose. There are no license keys, and nothing depends on Nexgile to run.
What happens if we stop working with Nexgile?
Nothing stops working. Your workers are standard source code running on your own infrastructure. They do not connect back to us, and there is no usage meter we could switch off. Every delivery includes the Ownership Audit, so your engineers can check this for themselves.
Who looks after the code once it is ours?
That is your choice. The code is standard and documented, so your engineers can maintain it like any internal system. Tests are included, and a runbook and monitoring are added on request. Many clients keep Nexgile on for upgrades through Managed Delivery. There is also an optional upgrade tool that regenerates a worker and keeps the changes your team made.
How do you charge, if not per use?
You pay to design your workforce, not to run it. There is no fee per decision and no runtime license. Routine decisions run as fixed rules that never call an AI model. Where AI judgment is used, the preview shows the estimated cost of each run before you commit, and the cost of every AI call is recorded.
How our pricing worksDo you ever see our production data?
Not unless you choose to share it. Previews and simulations run on the Simulated Enterprise, which is sample data generated for each worker. So an evaluation that starts from a description needs no data-sharing agreement. If you choose to share documents or a sample file to help with the design, you decide what to share, it is used only to design your workers, and a data-processing agreement is in place first. If you engage us for hands-on delivery work, that access is governed by your contract, never by the platform.
