The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

You generate it. You preview it. You own it. You run it.

Pricing

You pay to design your workforce. Not to run it.

No fee per decision. No runtime license. The price follows the scope of the work: the processes your digital workers handle, never the number of decisions they make.

What you pay for

Scoped like a project. Never billed by usage.

Each engagement is priced for the design and delivery of your workforce. It is scoped by the processes your workers handle and the systems we integrate, never billed by the decisions your workers make. Ongoing help through Managed Delivery is optional. It is priced as a service you choose, not a dependency we build in. Updates through Regeneration-in-place are work you commission when you want them. And if you stop paying us, nothing stops working. It’s your code.

01

Workforce design & delivery

The core engagement: we design and deliver your digital workforce. It is scoped by the processes your workers handle and the systems we integrate. The scope is agreed before work begins, and the price never depends on how many decisions your workers make.

02

Managed Delivery — optional

Ongoing help is priced as a service you choose, not a dependency we build in. Keep us on for upgrades and operations, or hand everything to your own engineers. Tests are included either way, with a runbook and monitoring on request.

03

Updates on your schedule

Work you commission when you want updates. Regeneration-in-place updates the parts you choose and keeps every change your team made. It follows your schedule, not a subscription cycle.

You won’t find a price table on this page. That is on purpose. An engagement is scoped to your processes and your systems, so a generic figure wouldn’t be yours. The policy behind every number on this site applies here too: we scope it honestly in a workforce design conversation rather than publish a number we can’t stand behind.

111
Enterprise Portals

Whitelabel-ready applications, generated and delivered.

333
Digital Workers

Generated, governed software workers — delivered as owned source code.

17
Industries

Delivered across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics, automotive and more.

Portal and worker counts are computed from our delivery records. A digital worker is a generated, governed software worker delivered as owned source code — not a rebadged bot or script.

What you never pay for

Three charges that don’t exist.

Each one is a fact about the code you receive. And each one is something your own engineers can check, on your hardware.

01

No fee per decision

Pay-per-use platforms bill you every time your worker makes a decision. Nexgile charges no usage fees. As your workforce grows, no fee from us grows with it, and success never raises what you pay us.

02

No runtime license

You receive complete source code that runs on your infrastructure. There are no license keys, no activation checks, and no subscription needed to keep it running. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us.

03

No connection back to us

The delivered workforce does not connect back to Nexgile. There is nothing to cut off and no usage to report. The ownership statement in every delivery says so in writing, and the source code is yours to check.

Check it with the Ownership Audit

Every delivery includes the Ownership Audit: an ownership statement, a signed list of contents, and a checker your engineers run offline, without having to trust us. A sanitized sample of its output is available on request through the Trust Center. The result is yours to read.

Costs explained

How the costs work.

When a worker is built, every decision that doesn’t need live AI judgment is turned into fixed rules. A fixed rule gives the same answer every time, at no AI cost. It is not discounted and never billed: the AI model is simply never called, for the worker’s entire production life.

Where AI judgment is still needed, the preview shows the estimated AI cost of each run before you commit. The cost of every AI call is recorded as it happens. You pay that remaining cost to your own model provider, at your rates. Nexgile adds no fee on top.

We publish how the costs work, not a marketing percentage. You can reason about your own cost before you sign anything.

We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. A vendor that charges per use profits when you depend on it. Our incentives point toward your independence: ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

Pricing FAQ

The questions procurement asks first.

What happens if we stop?

Nothing stops working. It’s your code. The workforce is standard source code running on your infrastructure. It does not connect back to us, and there is no usage meter we could switch off. Every delivery includes the Ownership Audit, so your engineers can check that themselves.

How do you charge, if not per use?

You pay to design your workforce, not to run it. There is no fee per decision and no runtime license. Routine decisions run as fixed rules that never call an AI model. Where AI judgment is used, the preview shows the estimated cost of each run before you commit, and the cost of every AI call is recorded.

How the costs work
Why are there no price figures on this page?

Each engagement is scoped by the processes your workers handle and the systems we integrate. It is not billed by usage, so a generic figure wouldn’t be yours. The policy behind every number on this site applies here too: when we can’t publish something honestly, we don’t publish it. A scoping conversation produces a figure specific to your scope.

Scope a workforce design
Does what we pay Nexgile change when our volume grows?

No. Nexgile charges no usage fees, so success never raises what you pay us. The live AI judgment your workers still need is billed by your model provider, and that cost does grow with volume. That is why the preview shows the estimated cost of each run before you go live, and the cost of every AI call is recorded once you do.

Is Managed Delivery required?

No. Ongoing help through Managed Delivery is optional. It is priced as a service you choose, not a dependency we build in. Many clients keep Nexgile on for upgrades. Others run everything with their own engineers. Tests are included either way, with a runbook and monitoring on request. Ownership means you choose who maintains it, including us, on your terms.

What exactly do we own?

Everything the platform generates: the source code, the blueprints, the approval inbox, the tests, and the deployment files and dashboards you ask for. It is delivered to your own infrastructure, on the cloud you choose. There are no license keys, and nothing depends on Nexgile to run.

A scoping conversation defines the processes your workers handle and the systems we integrate. It ends with a figure that’s yours, not a usage fee.
