Describe it. Generate it. Own it.
Describe your business in plain language. Nx·Studio designs digital workers built for it, tests them on sample data in the Simulated Enterprise, and delivers them as production-grade source code. The connectors they use, a reviewer inbox and a test suite are included.
Production-grade is a claim you can check. Sample files from a delivery are available via the Trust Center.
Your description
“Match invoices to purchase orders, route exceptions to finance, and escalate anything unusual.”
Illustration of the six studio steps.
What Nx·Studio is — and isn’t.
You describe how a piece of work gets done. The studio designs the software that does it, lets you try it safely, and hands it over.
A design studio for digital workers.
A digital worker is software that carries out a business process, such as matching invoices, sorting requests or preparing reports. It follows your rules, and asks a person whenever the rules say it should.
The gap between knowing the process and building it.
The people who understand the work rarely write software, and automation projects stall in between. In Nx·Studio they describe the work in their own words, and the studio produces the working software.
It is not where your workers run.
The studio is for designing and testing. The finished worker is handed to you as source code and runs on your own systems — without the studio, and without us.
From business description to software you own, in six steps.
Describe your business
Answer a guided set of questions, paste a description in your own words, or upload the documents that already explain how you work — policies, procedures, spreadsheets. You choose what to share.
Generate digital workers
An AI business analyst proposes digital workers designed for your situation. You get five versions, from cautious to ambitious, each with a scorecard and an estimated return.
Customize visually
Arrange and reconnect steps, approvals and connections on a simple drag-and-drop canvas. No coding required. The design is checked as you go.
Test on the Simulated Enterprise
Run the worker on realistic sample data generated for it. Watch every step in a live preview, and score the results for accuracy, cost and safety. No production data is needed.
Get your software
Receive the worker as complete source code — with its tests, a reviewer inbox, setup instructions and a signed list of everything inside.
Own & run it
Run it on your own infrastructure. No lock-in. No fee per decision. It's yours.
What makes Nexgile different.
Leading AI models are interchangeable. The Foundation is what every Nexgile digital worker is built on. Its four named mechanisms turn claims you would otherwise have to trust into things you can read, replay, or run yourself.
Tested before it touches anything real.
A practice environment for every worker. It has realistic sample data generated to fit the worker, a live preview that runs the very software you will receive, and a simulation lab for whole teams of workers. Play weeks of business activity in minutes, cause failures on purpose, and re-run any change against the same scenarios to see exactly what improved. Practice runs need no production data.
Routine decisions never call an AI model.
Routine business decisions don’t need AI to re-think them. When a worker is built, the platform turns them once into fixed rules. These run instantly, give the same answer every time, and never call an AI model, so they have no AI cost for the worker’s entire production life. Live AI judgment is kept for the genuinely new cases. And a fixed rule can’t be talked out of policy by a clever prompt.
Your auditors read it before it runs.
Every digital worker is a readable, versioned blueprint, not a tangle of prompts. It sets out what the worker does, who approves what, and where it escalates. Compare versions when policy changes, test it like code, trace exactly which version ran when, and hand it to your auditors. They read what the worker will do before it does it. The blueprint is the record your auditors work from, and like everything the platform generates, it’s yours.
Check the no-lock-in claim yourself.
Every delivery includes a written ownership statement. It says the source code is yours, with no Nexgile system inside, no connection back to us, no licence check and no usage meter. It comes with a signed list of everything the delivery contains, and a checker your own engineers run offline, on your hardware, without having to trust us. A sanitized sample of its output is available on request via the Trust Center. Each delivery also carries a fingerprint of its contents, so you can show the code you reviewed is the code you deployed.
AI judgment is backed by rules you can verify. It is explainable, auditable, and ready for regulators. Workers score their own confidence against thresholds you set, and you decide what happens below them: the worker stops, or the case goes to a person.
Workers built for how you work.
An AI business analyst reads what you have told it: your industry, team, rules and goals. It then proposes digital workers designed for how your organization actually works, each with clear roles, steps and an estimated return on investment. You compare the options and choose. Nothing is picked for you from a shelf.
Get started your way
Answer a guided set of questions, paste a description in your own words, or upload documents — PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and text.
A head start, if you want one
Eight starter packs across HR, operations, finance, safety, customer service and IT give you a first draft to edit.
Guided by your rules
The studio records your decision rules and their limits, who may approve what and how quickly, and what goes in and comes out. These facts shape every proposal.
Five approaches to choose from
Cautious, balanced, ambitious, compliance-first and lowest-cost — compared side by side, with a scorecard for each.
Design it like a diagram.
A visual, drag-and-drop canvas turns your automation into something anyone can see and shape. Add, remove and reconnect steps, approvals and connections. Checks flag problems as you build.
Drag-and-drop builder
Build and rearrange your digital workers on a simple visual canvas. No coding required.
Proven workflow patterns
Sixteen ready patterns, from a single task to a process that spans several teams.
Rules in plain English
Write a business rule the way you would say it. The studio turns it into a rule the worker follows exactly.
Full version history
Save versions, branch off, compare, merge and roll back — like modern document tools.
Tested before it touches anything real.
Every worker gets a practice run before it meets a live system. The run uses realistic sample data generated to fit the worker, a live preview that runs the very software you will receive, and a simulation lab for whole teams of workers. No production data is needed. So an evaluation that starts from a description needs no data-sharing agreement.
Sample data made for the worker
The studio generates realistic records that match the worker's own data. You can import a sample file of your own if you prefer.
Watch every step
The live preview shows each step and decision as it happens, and pauses at approval points until you answer.
Weeks of work in minutes
The simulation lab models a team of up to twenty workers on a fast-forwarded clock, with failures injected on purpose.
Scored, not guessed
Every evaluation is scored six ways: accuracy, speed, cost, safety, robustness and coverage. Any change can be re-run on the same scenarios.
When you're convinced, download the evaluation report procurement will ask for. A sample from a simulated run is available on request.
Get the sample evaluation reportSoftware you own.
Nx·Studio delivers complete, ready-to-run source code, not just diagrams. Every delivery contains the worker's own code, a test suite, a reviewer inbox, setup instructions and a signed list of everything inside. It is ready to run on your infrastructure.
A catalog of thousands of connectors
It includes hand-built connectors for major enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow. A generator builds a new one from an application's own documentation.
Built for your setup
Packaged in a standard format that runs on any modern platform, with optional deployment templates for the major public clouds.
Approvals built in
A reviewer inbox comes with the worker. Reviewers can be notified by Slack, Teams, email or text message, and sensitive steps can require more than one approver.
Monitoring & guides on request
Dashboards, alerts and an operating guide can be included in the delivery whenever you ask for them.
What your workers cost to run.
“The cheapest AI call is the one that never happens.”
Turned into fixed rules
When a worker is generated, every decision that doesn't need live judgment is turned into fixed rules that give the same answer every time. So routine decisions make no AI call, and cost nothing in AI fees, for as long as the worker is in use.
Judgment, with the cost in view
Where AI judgment remains, you see its likely cost before you commit. The preview shows the estimated AI cost of each run, and the delivery states an estimated cost per run. Time and step limits keep a worker from running on. Once exported, there are no usage fees from Nexgile. As your workforce grows, no Nexgile usage fee grows with it, and success never raises what you pay us.
Business logic your auditors can read before it runs.
Every digital worker is a Declarative Agent Blueprint: your business logic written down as a readable, versioned record. It sets out the worker's agents and roles, integrations, human-approval points, routing and decision rules. It is not buried in prompts and not trapped in a vendor's systems.
One record serves three audiences at once. Your engineers version and compare it like code. Your governance team reads it before go-live. Your auditors check against it afterwards. Blueprints are checked as you design and tested before they ever run. The result is an asset you own, not a setup you rent inside a vendor's system.
- Invoice intake — three-way match against purchase order
- Routine routing — fixed rule, same answer every run
- Refund approval — one reviewer, any amount
- Low-confidence cases — handed to a human reviewer
- Invoice intake — three-way match against purchase order
- Routine routing — fixed rule, same answer every run
- Refund approval — dual sign-off above $10,000
- Low-confidence cases — handed to a human reviewer
Illustrative — two versions of a blueprint compared, readable in plain language. Compare them when policy changes, test them like code, and trace exactly which version ran when.
Don't start from zero.
Most of what a digital worker needs to know is already written down somewhere in your organization. Start there, instead of from a blank page.
Your documents do the talking
Upload policies, procedures, spreadsheets and notes. The studio reads them and turns them into structured facts about your business that you can check and correct.
On your terms
You choose what to share. It is used only to design your workers, and a data-processing agreement is in place before anything moves.
Existing automations and logs
Rebuilding a worker from existing program code, process diagrams or system event logs is built, but switched off by default while it matures. Ask us if this is where you want to start.
Workers that improve — for you, not for us.
Improvements build up inside your workforce, in blueprints and code you keep. They are controlled like everything else: versioned, reviewable, and reversible.
Corrections become an asset
When a worker has an approval step, its export includes a tool that turns your reviewers' edits and rejections into a dataset you own — delivered with the export, like everything else.
Version control for behavior
Save versions of a worker, branch off, compare and merge changes, and roll back when you need to. Every run records which version it used.
Regeneration on your schedule
Regenerate a worker later and keep the changes your team made: an optional upgrade tool merges the new version with your edits instead of overwriting them.
Watch it work before you trust it.
Press run, and the worker does the job in front of you on sample data — every step, every decision, in the order it happens. It is the clearest way for a whole room to see what the worker will do, and why.
The real thing, not a mock-up
The preview runs the same software you will receive, so what you see is what you will get.
It waits for people
Approval points stop the run until you answer, exactly as they will in day-to-day use.
Step back through it
Replay a finished run one step at a time to see what the worker did and why.
Compare versions
Run two or three versions of a worker on the same scenario and read the results side by side.
Illustration of a run in the live preview, paused at its approval step.
For audit evidence, the record matters more than the demonstration: the blueprint says what the worker will do, and an optional tamper-evident decision log records what it did.
Capabilities that cover the whole journey.

Every delivery includes the Ownership Audit: a written ownership statement, a signed list of everything delivered, and a checker your own engineers run. It works offline, on your hardware, and confirms that nothing was changed after it was signed. A sanitized sample, available on request via the Trust Center, shows what a clean result looks like.
Each delivery carries a fingerprint of its contents, so you can show that the code you reviewed is the code that went live. If Nexgile disappeared tomorrow, your workforce would keep running. The source is yours to read, and nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
Can Nexgile still get in?
No. The delivered worker has no Nexgile system inside it, no connection back to us, no license check and no usage meter. You hold the keys and the code. The ownership statement says so in writing, and the source is there for your engineers to confirm.
Can I export it, or am I stranded?
You receive complete, production-grade source code, its tests and everything needed to run it. It is packaged in a standard format, with setup instructions. No proprietary runtime required.
What if Nexgile goes away?
It keeps running. You fully own what's delivered and run it on your own infrastructure for as long as you like. It does not depend on us to keep working.
“Production-grade” comes with evidence: a sanitized file tree from a delivery, a real runbook page, and a test-and-coverage report are available via the Trust Center.

Good to know: workers are generated in one widely used programming language today. The studio is where you design and test. Your day-to-day work runs on your systems, never in the studio.
How Nx·Studio and Nx IDE fit together.
Two tools for two kinds of work, meeting at the same place: source code that belongs to you.
Nx·Studio designs the worker.
A finance team describes how invoices are matched and approved. The studio generates the worker, tests it and exports it as source code.
Nx IDE extends the software around it.
Their engineers open that code in Nx IDE to connect it to an in-house system — with approvals, limits and a way back for every change.
The Foundation keeps both honest.
Testing before go-live, rules instead of guesswork for routine decisions, blueprints people can read, and ownership you can check — the same four mechanisms under everything.
What you walk away with.
Portal and worker counts are computed from our delivery records. A digital worker is a generated, governed software worker delivered as owned source code — not a rebadged bot or script.
From your description to software you own.
See digital workers generated, tested on the Simulated Enterprise, and delivered — live.
You generate it. You preview it. You own it. You run it.
Nx·Studio generates the digital workers that run your business. Nx IDE is there when you want to build or extend the software around them. The Foundation makes both predictable, explainable, and yours.
