One platform. Describe it, build it, own it.
Nx·Studio generates the digital workers that run your business. Nx IDE is there when you want to build or extend the software around them. The Foundation makes both predictable, explainable, and yours.
Three pillars. One owner: you.
Nx·Studio designs your digital workers. Nx IDE helps you build the software around them. The Foundation makes both provable. Everything the three produce — workers, software, blueprints, audit trails — is delivered as source code you keep.
Nx·Studio
Describe a business process. Nx·Studio designs a team of digital workers for it, tests them on sample data, and delivers the source code to you.
- Designed from your description, with five versions to compare
- Tested on sample data before anything real
- Yours to host, with no per-decision fees
Nx IDE
An AI engineering team inside your code editor. It plans, builds, tests, reviews and ships the software around your workers, on any AI model you choose.
- Works with any AI model, so you are never locked in
- 31 specialist roles, with an independent tester and reviewer on request
- A snapshot at every step, and one click to undo
The Foundation
The safeguards under both products: four named mechanisms that make every digital worker predictable, easy to explain, and provably yours.
- Routine decisions give the same answer every time
- Blueprints your auditors can read before go-live
- The Ownership Audit, included in every delivery
Describe → Generate → Preview → Own
Your business description becomes a working team of digital workers, and you own the code. Each step below comes with its own proof.
Start from a plain-language description.
Describe how your company works. A paragraph is enough. Want to start from what you already have? You can choose to share documents such as policies, procedures and spreadsheets. They are used only to design your workers, with a data-processing agreement in place first.
An evaluation that starts from a description shares nothing at all. Every session runs on the Simulated Enterprise, on generated sample data.
Workers built for your business.
An AI business analyst designs digital workers for your specific business and offers each one in five versions, from cautious to ambitious. They are designed and previewed in minutes, not months. Every generated worker can draw on a catalog of thousands of connectors (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow and more), and comes with human-approval workflows and tests included.
Every worker is generated for your business, not picked from a shelf. Its logic is written as a blueprint you can read before it runs.
Tested before it touches anything real.
Before go-live, workers get a practice run on the Simulated Enterprise. It has realistic sample data generated for each worker, a live preview that runs the real software, and a simulation lab that plays weeks of activity in minutes.
Replay any change against the same scenarios: same input, same controlled path, same output you can audit.
Export the code. Run it without us.
Go-live comes only after testing and your approvals. Then you export complete, production-grade source code to your own infrastructure. No vendor system in the middle. No fee per decision. No connection back to us.
See the code-quality bundle on the Trust CenterEvery delivery includes the Ownership Audit and a signed fingerprint of its contents, so you can show the code you reviewed is the code you deployed.
What makes Nexgile different.
Leading AI models are interchangeable. The Foundation is what every Nexgile digital worker is built on. Its four named mechanisms turn claims you would otherwise have to trust into things you can read, replay, or run yourself.
Tested before it touches anything real.
A practice environment for every worker. It has realistic sample data generated to fit the worker, a live preview that runs the very software you will receive, and a simulation lab for whole teams of workers. Play weeks of business activity in minutes, cause failures on purpose, and re-run any change against the same scenarios to see exactly what improved. Practice runs need no production data.
Routine decisions never call an AI model.
Routine business decisions don’t need AI to re-think them. When a worker is built, the platform turns them once into fixed rules. These run instantly, give the same answer every time, and never call an AI model, so they have no AI cost for the worker’s entire production life. Live AI judgment is kept for the genuinely new cases. And a fixed rule can’t be talked out of policy by a clever prompt.
Your auditors read it before it runs.
Every digital worker is a readable, versioned blueprint, not a tangle of prompts. It sets out what the worker does, who approves what, and where it escalates. Compare versions when policy changes, test it like code, trace exactly which version ran when, and hand it to your auditors. They read what the worker will do before it does it. The blueprint is the record your auditors work from, and like everything the platform generates, it’s yours.
Check the no-lock-in claim yourself.
Every delivery includes a written ownership statement. It says the source code is yours, with no Nexgile system inside, no connection back to us, no licence check and no usage meter. It comes with a signed list of everything the delivery contains, and a checker your own engineers run offline, on your hardware, without having to trust us. A sanitized sample of its output is available on request via the Trust Center. Each delivery also carries a fingerprint of its contents, so you can show the code you reviewed is the code you deployed.
AI judgment is backed by rules you can verify. It is explainable, auditable, and ready for regulators. Workers score their own confidence against thresholds you set, and you decide what happens below them: the worker stops, or the case goes to a person.
Watch a digital worker decide.
Most of what a worker does all day isn't judgment. It's policy. The engine separates the two when the worker is built. Policy becomes fixed rules that give the same answer every time. Real judgment goes to AI, within budgets you set. Anything uncertain goes to your people.
Nine decisions waiting in the worker's inbox.
Fixed rules
Instant. Identical. No AI model is called.
Live AI judgment
Genuinely new cases. Cost estimated before you go live.
Human review
Below your confidence threshold, a person decides.
Illustrative scenario: one accounts-payable worker. Your own mix of rules, AI and human review depends on the workforce you design. What never changes is how it is built: rules never call an AI model, AI judgment always has a budget, and uncertain cases always go to a person.
Routine decisions have no AI cost. They are not discounted and never billed, because the AI model is simply never called. The only AI spend left is the genuinely new work, with its cost estimated before you go live.
How our pricing worksNo drift, no moods, no “it answered differently today.” The same input takes the same path to the same answer. When policy changes, you replay the same day to see exactly what changed.
A fixed rule can't be talked out of policy by a clever prompt. Every run is recorded step by step, with an optional tamper-evident audit trail. Anything below your confidence threshold must go to a person.
Read the Trust CenterThe blueprint is what your auditors read.
Every digital worker is a Declarative Agent Blueprint. It is your business logic written down as a readable, versioned record: its agents and roles, integrations, human-approval steps, routing and decision rules. It is not buried in prompts or locked inside a vendor's systems.
- Intake: refund requests from email and chat
- Check: order history, payment record, prior refunds
- −Approval: refunds go to one reviewer
- Escalate: confidence below the threshold goes to a person
- Intake: refund requests from email and chat
- Check: order history, payment record, prior refunds
- +Approval: refunds above a limit require dual sign-off
- Escalate: confidence below the threshold goes to a person
Illustrative. One record serves three audiences at once. Your engineers version and diff it like code. Your governance team reads it before go-live. Your auditors check against it afterward. Blueprints can be tested before they ever run, and the software they generate runs on the cloud or data centre you choose. You get an asset you own, not a configuration you rent on a vendor's platform.
What it means for your role.
Move from managing people to managing results.
-
Results, not infrastructure
Describe the work in plain language. You get a team of digital workers, and the software to run them, built for your business.
-
Proof before go-live
Watch workers do a practice run on the Simulated Enterprise. Check accuracy, cost, and safety before a single real record is touched.
-
Own what you run
100% ownership, hosted by you, with no fee per decision. It costs like software you own, not pay-per-use SaaS.
-
Built for regulated industries
Decisions you can explain, audit, and repeat. Our work is focused where the bar is highest: finance, healthcare, insurance, and the public sector.
Ship faster with an agent that works inside your codebase.
-
An agent in your editor
Nx IDE plans, builds, tests, reviews and ships. Its 31 built-in specialist roles work together from start to finish when you ask for it.
-
Any model, your choice
Bring the AI providers you already trust, including private and on-device models. Right model for each job, no lock-in.
-
Control you can defend
Granular approvals, allow / ask / deny rules, spend limits that stop and ask, and instant rollback. You get speed inside boundaries you set.
-
Workers as blueprints
Digital workers are Declarative Agent Blueprints, not fragile prompts. You can test and version them, and they are yours to run where you choose.
Read what a worker will do before it does it.
-
Read the blueprint before go-live
Every approval, threshold, and escalation path can be read in advance. Sensitive steps can require more than one approver, and the delivered software enforces it.
- Read the audit-trail specification entry
A tamper-evident record of decisions
An optional tamper-evident audit trail records every action and the decision behind it. The audit-trail specification is available to your auditors via the Trust Center.
-
Proof it is the code your auditors reviewed
Every delivery carries a signed fingerprint of its contents, so you can show that the code your auditors reviewed is the code deployed.
-
Evaluation without data sharing
Practice runs use generated sample data. An evaluation that starts from a description needs no data-sharing agreement, so your security team can say yes on day one.
Your AI bill should be predictable.
Pay-per-use platforms bill you every time your worker thinks. Ours turns routine decisions into fixed rules when the worker is built. You watched it happen above: those rules never call an AI model, so the only AI spend left is the genuinely new work.
The cost of the AI judgment that remains is estimated before you commit. The preview shows the estimated AI cost of each run before you go live. Every AI call's cost is recorded as it happens. Time and step limits keep a worker from running on.
Because you export and run the code yourself, there is no runtime license and no fee per decision. As your workforce grows, no Nexgile usage fee grows with it. Success never raises what you pay us.
Our business model is the proof. We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. A vendor that charges per use profits when you depend on it. Our incentives point toward your independence. Ongoing help is optional, and on your terms.
AI cost of routine decisions
Not a discount. No AI model is called, for the worker's entire production life.
Live AI cost, estimated up front
The preview shows the estimated AI cost of each run before you go live, and every live AI call's cost is recorded as it happens.
Success never raises what you pay us
You export and run the code yourself: no runtime license, no fee per decision, no Nexgile usage fee that grows with your workforce.
Twelve questions to ask any digital-workforce vendor — including us.
Take this list into every evaluation. We wrote it because we're comfortable answering all twelve.
Can your auditors read what the worker will do before it runs, or only watch dashboards afterward?
If you cancel, what keeps working?
Can you export all of the source code?
Is there a fee per decision, and what happens to your bill when volume doubles?
What happens to routine decisions when the AI model misbehaves?
Can a clever prompt talk the worker into breaking policy?
Is the demo the same code that goes live?
Can you test the worker on realistic work before connecting a live system?
Does an evaluation require sharing production data?
Who approves what? Is approval enforced in the code, or in a setting?
Can you check the no-lock-in claim yourself, on your own hardware?
Does every number in the pitch come with how it was measured?
Our answers are on this page.
What the words mean.
Nexgile is the owned digital workforce platform. Three terms have a precise meaning here:
Digital worker
A complete software system you own that handles a process. Not a hosted bot.
Blueprint
Your business logic, written as a readable, versioned record your auditors can review before it runs.
Export
Production-grade source code that runs on your own infrastructure, without us.
Sample repo tree, runbook page, and test-and-coverage reportWhitelabel-ready applications, generated and delivered.
Generated, governed software workers — delivered as owned source code.
Delivered across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics, automotive and more.
Portal and worker counts are computed from our delivery records. A digital worker is a generated, governed software worker delivered as owned source code — not a rebadged bot or script.
